We collect, process, and organize auction listings so you don't have to visit numerous websites or read through complex PDF documents. Our platform makes it easy to discover and compare bank auction opportunities in one convenient location.
Unlike individual bank websites that only show their own auctions, Auction Hub India brings together listings from multiple banks and financial institutions in one place. We provide advanced search and filtering capabilities, standardized information formats, and tools to compare properties across different banks. This saves you time and effort by eliminating the need to visit dozens of websites and decode various PDF formats to find the best opportunities.
No, we do not host the auctions ourselves. Auction Hub India is an information aggregation service that collects and organizes public auction data from various bank websites. When you find an auction you're interested in, you will need to follow the procedures outlined by the original bank or financial institution hosting the auction. We provide links to the source websites and information about how to participate in the auctions.
No, Auction Hub India is an independent platform owned and operated by HUNKAAR SOFTWARE LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with any of the banks or financial institutions whose auction information we aggregate. We function as an information service that collects publicly available auction data and presents it in a more accessible format.
Our platform includes a wide variety of auctioned properties from financial institutions, including:
- Residential properties (apartments, houses, villas)
- Commercial properties (offices, shops, retail spaces)
- Industrial properties (factories, warehouses, industrial plots)
- Agricultural land
- Vacant land and plots
- Mixed-use properties

Account & Subscription Questions
While you can browse basic auction listings without an account, creating a free account gives you access to additional features such as saving favorite properties, setting up alerts, and viewing more detailed information. A premium subscription is required to access our full suite of tools and comprehensive auction data.
We offer four different subscription tiers to meet various needs:
- Basic: Access to limited auction listings with basic search functionality
- Standard: Enhanced search filters, email alerts, and more detailed property information
- Premium: Complete auction information, advanced filters, priority alerts, and property comparison tools
- Professional: All premium features plus API access, bulk data export, and dedicated support

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your Auction Hub India account
- Go to "Account Settings" in your profile dropdown
- Select the "Subscription" tab
- Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
After cancellation, you'll continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. Please note that we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Auction Information Questions
We update our auction listings daily to ensure you have access to the most current information. Our automated systems regularly scan bank websites for new listings and updates to existing ones. However, since we aggregate data from external sources, there may occasionally be a short delay between when information changes on a bank's website and when it appears on our platform. For critical decision-making, we always recommend verifying the latest information directly with the auction host.
We currently aggregate auction information from over 40 major banks and financial institutions across India, including:
- All major public sector banks (SBI, PNB, Bank of Baroda, etc.)
- Leading private banks (HDFC, ICICI, Axis, etc.)
- Regional rural banks
- Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs)
- Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs)

To participate in an auction:
- Find an auction listing that interests you on our platform
- Click on "View Details" to see complete information about the property
- Review the auction terms, conditions, and requirements carefully
- Click on "Source Website" to visit the original bank or institution's auction page
- Follow the specific participation instructions provided by the auction host
Each bank may have different requirements for participation, including registration, EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) submission, and bidding procedures. Auction Hub India provides information about these requirements, but you'll need to follow the official process on the bank's website or as specified in their auction notice.
Technical Support Questions
To reset your password:
- Click on "Login" at the top of the page
- Select "Forgot Password?" below the login form
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password

To set up email alerts for new auctions matching your criteria:
- Log in to your Auction Hub India account
- Go to "My Alerts" in your account dashboard
- Click "Create New Alert"
- Set your preferred criteria (location, property type, price range, etc.)
- Choose alert frequency (daily, weekly, or instant)
- Save your alert settings
You can create multiple alerts with different criteria and manage them from your dashboard. This feature is available on Standard, Premium, and Professional subscription plans.
If you're experiencing technical issues with our website:
