- Simplified access to auction details that would otherwise require visiting multiple websites
- Consolidated information that eliminates the need to read through multiple PDF files

2.2. Subscription Structure
Our platform operates on a subscription-based model:
- We offer four different subscription tiers with varying levels of access and features
- Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis

Note: Auction Hub India does not host auctions directly or process bids. We are an information service that helps users discover auction opportunities across multiple banks and financial institutions.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Standard Position
- All subscription purchases made for Auction Hub India are final and generally non-refundable
- We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods
- Cancellation of a subscription will stop automatic renewal but will not result in a refund for the current billing period
- Users retain access to the service until the end of their current billing period
3.2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Extended service outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours
- Significant technical issues that prevent access to core features
- Accidental duplicate payment or billing error
- Subscription purchase made by mistake within the last 24 hours (first-time subscribers only)

4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Subscription Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings
- Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal for the next billing period

4.2. Account Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service
- Account termination due to policy violations will not result in a refund
- Users who delete their accounts will lose access to their subscription without refund

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about auctions from various banks and financial institutions:
- We cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of information sourced from third-party websites
- Information may be subject to change by the original source after we have aggregated it
- Users are encouraged to verify critical information directly with the auction host before making financial decisions
- Discrepancies in auction data are not grounds for refund claims
Our service is designed to facilitate discovery of auction opportunities, but the final verification remains the responsibility of the user.
