Auction Hub India is an information aggregation platform that collects, processes, and displays auction listings from multiple bank websites. We simplify the process of discovering auction opportunities by bringing together information from various sources into one convenient location.

• The Auction Hub India name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of HUNKAAR SOFTWARE LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or its affiliates
• You must not use such marks without our prior written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform
• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be secure or free from errors or viruses
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided on our Platform
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any auction you participate in after discovering it through our Platform

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HUNKAAR SOFTWARE LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any other person or entity; or (d) your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Platform for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
